Poor turn around time

I have cancelled my DSTV account until further notice as there is never anything worth watching any more its repeat after repeat after repeat. i cancelled and was reassured that my account would be suspended as of the 1st July and no further fees would be taken off my account WRONG come today R 625 off my account just like that, so i called the call center to sort this out the gentleman was very helpful and has sorted the problem out but now i have to wait for the funds to be returned which i find unacceptable they were very quick to take the funds but now returning is delayed this is poor service, the call also took over 40min or so which is also highly unacceptable. Lets wait and see if i receive my refund by the end of the week *no holding your breath*
