I use to be a regular customer at Mojo's bar in Montana Pretoria, but since the incident on Friday night the 7th of June 2013 I really don't think I am going to spend another sent there. It was a fantastic evening until I had to pay my account of R250, I tried to pay with my card but the machine did not work, we tried it twice and the manger was called to assist. This is when the ridiculous service started, I was approached by the manger which told me it's not the machine and that I had no money in my account, who talks to a customer that way??? I drove to a ATM and withdraw money to pay the account, on return I asked my waiter to please call the manager to see firsthand that indeed there is money in my account and that it was the machine but I was blatantly ignored and told he does not care, he is busy with cash up. I visited my internet banking and the R250 which was swiped twice was indeed deducted from my account. I phone the establishment Monday morning to clarify this issue, the owner answered and was very helpful and friendly, I explained the situation and gave her my number to investigate and was said she will phone me back. It;s Wednesday and no phone call???
