Express Teller deducted money from my account

I was at Annlin Service Centre to use the ABSA Express machine to withdraw money from my account. After putting in all the necessary info, it cancelled the transaction. On the slip it showed a communication error. The money has been deducted from my account but I never received it. I immediately reported it to the shop manager who gave me the following numbers to dial: 011-531 5300 / 086 100 4444. The lady that answered, after I was put on hold and transferred to a few people, stated that I must contact my bank where the account is held and they must sort it out for me. It is now two weeks later and I still do not have my money back... My business manager from FNB Zambezi branch, is still trying to assist me, but so far, no luck... The guilty bank still is not interested in sorting out the problem. According to the manager at the filling station, this machine often gives problems... This incident occurred on the 26/03/2013
