I activated my dual view in December, we were billed double every month until I queried it in March. To find that we had to supply a code to only pay the single subscription fee. DSTV agreed to be in fault in May and agreed to a refund of R 2, 500 which hasnt been received. and now rejected. No one informed us of the procedure and or the costs involved with the switch and now we are at fault. Surely the consumer act covers this type of "daylight "not providing a code and then being billed double. A monopoly service that holds you to ransom.. We were promised feedback and have had none.
