Call cntre does not follow up complaint

Hi this is Prebash Naidoo, writing in for the second time in a week! Dstv has yet to call me back with an anwser as to why the channel 410 is stated on the bouqet 'dstv access' but its not available when I subcribed to that package! The person that is supposed to call me back, was Thamsamqa Amos! They did try callin once but there was a bad coonection and since saturday, they hav not tried to clarify the matter, pls respond asap!!
