Bad Treatment by securities

On 14th April 2012 i have visited Montecasino with group of friends that visited me from the Eastern Cape, took them to Montecasino, we parked my car at the parking lot and we got inside the place, am sure we spent about 2-3 hours inside until we decided to leave, aas we were leaving i forgot which floor did i park my car, we end looking for it floor by floor, we asked security guys that were patrolling the place but they didnt help us, eventually after a long search we ended up getting the car, as we were leaving the place a group of about 3 white security guards with blue light stopped infront of my car and manhandled us ordering us to lay our hands on the car with a very RUDE attitude, i kept asking for what because i didnt understand, dont know whether i made a mistake by driving a BMW car for me to receive such an attitude,

I have since written to the security duty manager by the name of David Hanyane and Gary de Saar who promise to investigate the matter, even at this stage am yet to receive a call offering an explanation let alone apology, it;s exactly over a year now, and i made a vow not to ever set my foot at that place EVER AGAIN!!
