Don't expect any support via email / call centre

WORST SERVICE EVER!

This is the most horrid service I have ever recived, I will rather drive 5-25km to a nu metro / ster kinekor theatre (I live right opposite the mall@reds) to watch movies than go here as they can't even respond to support email nor find bookings via telephonic support.

Doubled booked as a result as call centre claimed that there was no booking and that they can't find the booking.. definitely a mickey mouse operation if they can't find a booking made.
