Pathetic sun city... Disappointed

We were booked in the vacation club at sun city this past week, expecting the normal fantastic service and holiday we have experienced over the past 13 years. Sadly this week due to this wedding we experienced the opposite. There was no notification, that more than half the facilities would be closed due to this wedding prior to our arrival. My mother is a paraplegic, and there were parked in 90% of the paraplegic parkings. Bus services were basically non existent, so we were basically limited to the vacation club. They should have closed the entire resort, so as normal paying customers didn't have to be disregarding completely . 13 years of consistent support, results in this... Very disappointing
