Got to love Service levels in SA!!!

Logged a request 6th january 2013 for dampnesss issues - recurring issue (also handled very poorly - cost me roughly R12k to change piping as I was informed that was the cause - evidentally NOT), was promised a report to be completed and feedback to be provided.
Till date - 3 months later - no Feedback, no assessor came out to view, just the damage getting worse to ceiling and cupboards
