Firstly, I have been charged a 'Levi' fee that was adjusted via the prepaid electricity meter of R135 per month which we argued in the past to be refunded every month because they can't resolve the issue on their side, I have proof that they only refund R100 every month since October 2012.
I buy electricity every start of the month and I know exactly how much electrical units I use every month as I am an admin monster, The start of March 2013 the R135 was pushed up to R200 which I immediately reported to JL properties, I got a call from them the same day that I complained and they said they are going to send me refund vouchers for the incorrect billing. Every week since that complaint I have sent an email to JL properties to remind them of the situation and that no one has sent me anything.
On week 3 I had to reload units for electricity and AGAIN was billed for the same "levi" which adds up to R275 just for March, no one else has complained about this as far as I know, I received a call this morning and got a threaten to be sued of my constant nagging and and lifting out their staff's lack of service and my personality was attacked also.
