Rude, Condescending and unhelpful

Today I tried to enquire about a property we found listed on Property 24 with agent Ajith Motilal's number displayed. I called Ajith on his cell, when he answered he asked what he could do for me. As i began explaining that I was enquiring about a listing, Ajith laughed and said "no my friend we not working I cannot help you". I asked when I could call back which he then said only on Monday, I asked why only Monday as only today is a public holiday, which he then said " hey listen my friend the whole country's on holiday we not working today". I replied shortly that I am not on leave and said he was terribly sorry for me and that I should call back on Monday,

As far as I am concerned this is an extremely Lazy agent that is not customer focused at all. If the agent is going to answer a work number he should assist the customer and at the very least either call me back tomorrow or hand me onto someone else that can assist.
The listing that I am enquiring about is available from the 1st of Jan which is in 4 days. Obviously actually getting tenants into your clients houses is not too important.
