My trust and confidence for the safety of my belongings in my storage unit grew as time went on and I met all the staff on my various dealings with my visits and checks to my movable property
In particular I was concerned with the safety of my storage unit as well as no-one having access to my unit
True to their word this was upheld
My story was further complicated because I was going through a divorce and was encountering certain difficult situations with my husband
I was comfortable that Sandra was handling my difficult situation
I was further comforted by a telephone call from the Regional Manager of the Western Cape, Hamish
Once I heard his voice and content of our telephone call I was satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that I as the client was important to xtraspace and that they definitely had my back

The fact that my issue was taken seriously enough to involve the Regional Manager of Western Cape made me feel very special as a client
