Account Handed over even after making arrangements

I received a call notifying me of the arrrears on my levy account and was told to make payments arrangements. I did that, even send them an email to confirm that. To my surprise, I received a call from a certain company saying that they are the attorneys and Pro-Admin has handed over my debt to them and I must make arrangemnts to settle it.

This is a very unfair treatment by Pro-Admin. I need this to be cleared on my Credit Report. They are making my name bad. All they need is money but never deliver the services. From the first day I moved in the property I logged a call to notify them of the leaking roof and passage lights not working, even today nothing has been done. All we do is just pay levies of services that are not delivered. This is highly unacceptable.

Someone at ProAdmin help!!! This is not ok at all
