Ignorance is arrogance!

As a member of the body corporate at our complex, the previous Chairman decided to sign us up (with out the other trustees approval) to Green Square Garden services. We had agreed on a 5 day gardener for the complex.

The original person we dealt with seemed to disappear and Shaun took over. From here on out we had issues. First he claimed that weeding the driveway was not an issue and was not part of the contract. Then he was to coach our gardener as he was not as proficient as he should have been, this never happened. He also promised that the original issues would be fixed, this lapsed and a few months later cropped up again. The gardener got into some trouble and he seemed to be ignorant of this. We had to find out what was happening and after a few days back and fourth we had to as if he was actually going to supply us with someone.

In the last month he left the garden refuse (which is to be cleared once a week) as he claimed to have no access, no transport and even no time. This is unacceptable for a company that is service driven.

I would NEVER recommended them as Shaun is useless and seems not to really care what happens at clients and is "always" right!
