Buying Property or given an RDP?

I would like to express my sad and most unbelievable service I received from Propersell Real Estate in Randburg. Firstly i saw a property which they advertised, contact the agent who took me and my husband to view it, and i must say we fell in love instatantly. We then signed an offer, went through a process of Bond application which bank after bank we were declined by our 4 major banks, eventually we secured with another. Anyone who has gone through a process of buying or selling thier home will tell you it's not an easy thing. Nevertheless we sucessfully managed to get the property through registration process etc.
The service i got from this company and the agent was so cold, in fact each interaction with them was as if they doing us a favor, threated that if we could not secure XXX amount then we will be held accountable for agents fee's totaling to about R24000.00 etc. Being liable for legal reasons i do not have a problem with that, but it was thier attidude towards us which was absolutely appauling, but talking to us as if we were begging for an RDP/ free house was a painful experience i will never ever forget. Ever thinking of buying or selling think twice!!!
