For over 2 years i've been trying to resolve an issue with my ID, ive spoken to so many people ive lost count. Ive even called thhe call centre and no one has been able to help. I have provided everything required of me but still nothing. Recently i went to home affairs in JHB (plein and harrison street) and I requested to speak to a supervisor which i waited hours for. I finally spoke to Mr Moyo and he seemed to understand but he told me that he would call me because the systems are down, he took all copies of my documents.. He never called. The following week when I went back i was told he is on leave so i spoke to Ms van de Berge. She took my contact details and told me the systems were down, but i guess she can't be bothered either. Don't know who to speak to anymore. I want to apply for a bursary, im studying one of South Africa's scarce skills but no one could care. Not a home affairs anyways.
