To the people who can assist please investigate Burmain as they are not honest in what they are doing. We want to buy prepaid electricity anywhere anytime but we cannot. This company should be closed down because we are not allowed to go to their offices to also buy electricity and the people working there are also very rude and not helpful. I don't want to pay so much money for electricity because they are charging what they want to and are getting away with it. I am a poor person and I cannot afford what they are charging. If I buy electricity for R350 they take R150. Is this right because I checked with the government and they said they are overcharging us and they are not giving us proof of what we paid them but they say ask for proof when you want but they never give any proof. We also sms phone Burgett but he does not reply sometimes for many days and it is stressful because we cannot buy electricity anywhere and have to wait until he decides to reply or answer his phone because at the number 011 869 4773 they say they do not sell electricity only Burgett sells it and he is also owner for Burmainn.
