GEPF IS SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST

I quit my job in September and on 2012-12-05 went to GEPF to register for my pension fund and i was told the pay out takes about 3 months, which till this day i have not been paid.

i phoned several times to be told different stories, one was that the money still needs to be re-calculated since it was not properly calculated, on 2013-03-19 i personally went to the johannesburg gepf offices and i was told that my tax number was wrong it needs to be rectified and the money which had to go to SARS the amount was wrong and must be re-done. which comes as a shock to me that the tax number could be wrong.

i was also told the person dealing with my application is not available and has a lot of work to do, hes not only dealing with my application.

im really disappointed by the way gepf is handling its clients i just need them to pay out my money so i could get on with my life. the most irritating thing is that every person will tell you a different story.
