GEPF IS IGNORING MY REQUESTS AND REFUSING TO HELP

Good day,
I have been trying to get a correct IRP 5 for a a pension pay-out in September 2012, so that i can do my tax return for 2012/2013.
After a month of e-mails and phone calls in August 2013, I finally got my IRP 5, but there is a mistake on it, The PAYE code reflects as a 4115, and SARS is refusing to process, because it should be a 4102.
I have been e-mailing GEPF on a daily basis, as well as phone calls twice a week since their offices opened in 6 January. Either the system is down, or they haven't received a single one of my e-mails, or the newest yet: The code is correct, and they cant change it! I am receiving SARS summons because GEPF cant even address a simple administrative error!
I am furious and disappointed about the way my query is being handles, especially that everyone has a different story. All I want to do is just file my tax return.
