Just deduct without notification

Why the does SARS deduct without notifying, R3500 went off my Salary for Sars and I am not sure why?

I cant remember receiving any correspondence saying that i ow them Money, they don't check if you can afford it nothing, I'm not a fu... millionaire. I want this sorted out
