AARTO - False Accusation

I was driving in Centurion South Street heading to Heuwel Ave were I stopped at the STOP sign to turn left into Heuwel Ave. I waited for the passing vehicle before I could turn, then I turned into Heuwel Ave were the Metro officer (Cst M.N. Mahlangh) stopped me and told me that I did not stop at the stop sign and wrote me a fine. When I said that I do not agree with her and that I am not going to sign, she said that she will then write me another fine for not cooperating. My fiance was with me in the vehicle and is my witness that I did stop at the sign waiting for another vehicle to pass before I could drive again.
I am fed up with the corruption in the AARTO and Metro police!
Had I not signed their fine officer Cst M.N. Mahlangh would have fined me again.
It is her word against mine.
There is no prove that I did not stop at the STOP sign, yet she wrote me a fine for not stopping.
