Workmens Compensation
No response submissions - terrible service!

I have been attempting to get my company up to date with the Compensation department for years - with absolutely no response from personal representations, emails and postal submissions.
Although my postal address had remained unchanged I have received no notifications from this department since 2006.
I faxed all relevant documents for them to issue an account for 2008 - in 2008. NO RESPONSE!
I sent more documents, per fax, in 2009/10 - NOTHING!
I went to the Pretoria office in June 2011 & 12. Presented the current paperwork and was requested to email or post all back details. I did both! NO RESPONSE.
I re-sent the email in November - NO RESPONSE!
I have farm workers who expect compensation should anything untoward happen to them workwise. Are they covered?? Will interest/penalties be charged by these incompetents when they finally get into gear and send me some sort of communication!!! I WILL NOT PAY SHOULD THEY DO SO!!
I am currently dealing with the CIPC and SARS trying to get my CC's paperwork up to date - I have NEVER been so frustrated - I cry for our beloved country. So many qualified people out of work whilst the inept are employed.
