Power Switched off in error Yesterday afternoon

Power off since 3pm yesterday 5th February 2014. City power electricians came out last night and told us it was a cable fault. Today told we were switched off in error bounced us around told to call different numbers. Eventually told they are sending someone out to switch back on at 3pm today. Still waiting at 10pm 6th Feb. Mother needs oxygen machine to work, had to keep ordering Oygen tanks from Vitallaire but she needs machine to nebulise. City Power just don't Care about the impact of their incompetence. Call Centre Reference 4717345 Malindi & 6538336 Michelle & Sipiwe Credit Control Christina & Rudbani etc etc. Please can someone care enough to really own the problem and get someone to come and switch us back on. This is urgent.
