Incompetent Billing staff

It is now 5 years and still my electricty account is still not audited and credited with the money stoeln from me by the municipality. They took 2 years to replace the meter, obercharged me by R70 000 and now hold me ransom to pay a bill betore connection although they actually owe me money.

5 years and no further. I paid every month more than what i was suppose to and while the meter was completely broken they overcharged me by 6 to 8 times more than what was normal. Bunch of.
