No water all day!

I woke up to find that there was little water coming out of the taps. I initially thought it was affecting the whole neighborhood &that there was probably a pipe being fixed somewhere. As I drove out of my gate I saw our water meter with tons of water squirting out and running down the road. There was a pair of pliers and a rock nearby. I immediately phoned City Water at 7:56am. I was given a reference number and promised it would be fixed. After more than 8 hrs without water and sick kids at home and now taps completely dry, the manager at City Power reports that he doesn't know where the technicians are. He and his team have all day claimed that the technicians are in Sharonlee and would have sorted the issue by 4 pm. If as a manager you don't know where your workers are, it means you don't have means of monitoring the service they deliver, making you a terrible manager. You give the rest of managers a bad name... You also don't give a that there are sick people without water which is a basic right. You obviously don't care that thousands of precious water has been wasted... You obviously aren't bothered as to how this loss will be billed. Batho pele my!
