I work for a towing company, a lady was stuck in downtown Johannesburg and it was dark as it was already late. I called the Hillbrow Poliuce Station asking them to send out one of their patrol cars to stand off with the customer and i was told to call Brixton Police Station which i did and then Brixton advised me to call Hillbrow. Constable Modau of Hillbrow Police Station told me that that lady bis not the only one with this problem, told me they don't have the street name i provided in Hillbrow of which i was well aware off, because the street is not in Hi;llbrow, he then went on to tell me he doesn't get involved anywhere to what i am telling him.
They were not listening to me and they didn't have any sympathy or empathy, SAPS Hillbrow just doesn't care which makes me wonder how could that be if they are well aware that they are a district in a dangerous area. Constable Modau shopuld just go back to training and be taught people skills and what the meaning of Save and protect means, because he clearly proved he is just a cop because he can stand behind a desk and act like a man who serves and protects but he really doesn't.
