No electricity for 24hours now

City powers caal centre is useless. Firstly u have to wait for 1hour to get hold of a consultant n then get the excuse of high call volumes even at 2 in the morning, then complaint does not get logged for 8hours after that.bad service n on top of it all we have to deal with price increases on yearly base
