Going beyond the call of duty

I had applied for a passport and never received an sms to come collect it. when i eventually went to go as about it, this was a year later. i expected the process to be a nightmare... on arrival the lady who helped me, Dirane told me that chances are, its destroyed, because it was along time ago that i got the passport made. she looked everywhere possible and could not find it. she then went on to get a bin to stand on in order to elevate herself to look in an isolated cupboard, where she found the passport. had it been another person, they would have told me to pay a fee to get it fetched from PTA at the head offices. she really made my day!
