QUICK TO CRITICIZE - SLOW TO ACT!!!

The DA is quick to criticize others like the E-Toll. Do they ever drive down Main Road from Wynberg to Fish Hoek and take into account the state of that road? The road has been in this dilapidated state for over 3 years and gets no attention. Then what about all those that ignore road rules like STOP which means STOP, not Drive On, red traffic lights that get ignored and the list goes on. The DA does not see that fines are handed out and payment enforced. Wake up DA, you can't control the few places where you are elected, now you want to take over others.
