Compliment for the DOL? Who could believe this

Dealing with a government department can be like pulling teeth... A Rottweiler's teeth to be exact. When it is awake. And angry.

I digress. I had to phone the DOL yesterday with a (rather complicated) Employment Equity query. I braced myself for the inevitable frustration, pain and usually associated with such an exercise.

Got through to Lebogang who assisted me in a most professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
