Trying to verify my account

I have been trying to verify my new account for the last 4 weeks and find out when I will be receiving my account.
I have tried to email the email address on the the website that for the last 4 weeks has only bounced back and said it does not exist or not in use. I have tried to create a user on the website, no luck.
Then between Thabo, Gugu & Jwalane, I have been put through and given the numbers for Christine/David 011 999 1335/0455 and Glenrose Nkosi 011 999 1332 and Gemma 011 999 0468... none of who ansewred their phones these last 2 weeks. I finally got hold of Michael today that explained in part what will happen and when but I have been cut off twice today, as per Michael due to power failure.
I again tried to access your website to get the details of where I could lay a complaint and now all your website [URL Removed] says in the top left corner is "You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person." What & who gives the municipality right to put such rubbish up??!!!
Ekurhuleni is supposed to mean peace... this has been everything but peace in my life!
Pls have someone that knows what is going on phone me?!
