Ekurhuleni not coming out to cut tree

Wow, what a poor service, I phoned and send a email on the 14/10/2013 requesting to please cut a tree on the pavement. I got a ref number: 20131014065129 x 7861.Nothing happened. This morning I try to phone, well I think you all know, you will hold on forever and still no response. I see the tree is growing into the powerlines, now is that a problem, yes I think that is a problem. All I want them to do is to come and cut off the tree as soon as possible, because now it become a safety issue also with it growing into the powerlines. Today will be 13 working days from when I requested the cut of the tree. It is just sad for the poor service us tax payers is getting.
