I went to SARS branch on 13/09/30 to query the money that was deducted on my salary. Which Fathima said apart from the amount that almost 6 thousand rand. SARS owe me a total of 8 thousand odd rand. A case no. 117612198 was logged. Which she then took my salary advice and my ID copy, and scanned yo the "stopper" in order to have that money credited. And I was following up with the call centre on the 14/10/17, I got a case no 119105276, I dealt with Sibahle. I was doing a follow up. Which she asked me to relay the whole story after giving her the case that was logged by Fathima, and that was so frustrating for me, are the notes not logged on the system when we deal with each agent? Sibahle listened and told me that she is sending the email to the stopper. When I asked, how come? She said Farhima did not do it! Which means the processed that should have taken 21 days, as per initial request is now going to take 42 day! And yet it is my fault! SARS is really messing up with life. They were quick to take my money without even communicating with me. I am depending on my salary. I do not have another source of income! Yet no one there even care about speeding up my query. I am so sad!!
