E-filing and supporting docs submitted on 23 September. Site says 5 day process. Call centre unhelpful, says it actually takes 21 days (doesn't say that on the site) and provided an email for feedback. 'contact.central@sars.gov.za'. They responded with letter telling me my query cant be address by the email address and that I should call the call centre.
1. No feedback capabilities on the site
2. conflicting information from call centre
3. No useful information about the status of my submission
