My name is Betty Lekota... I was unfairly dismissed from the company I used to work at (Mavimbela Assessors obo raf) late 2012. I took my complaint to the department of labour at Atteridgeville since March 2013. Ever since then, I've been paraded around like a headless chicken on a wild goose chase. To top it all.., the H.R department at Mavimbela's claim they had a break in. In their statement they said that the burglars took numerous laptops and my file. Yet, the Mavimbela's still owe me my back pay.

Is that possible..?

The department of labour told me that they have sent an inspector to Mavimbela's. He didn't notify me immediately that the Mavimbela offices have moved to a new location. I went and searched for their new location after I was later notified bout their move. I found their new offices location and notified the department of labour in July 2013. Haven't heard from them up to now.
