Calls are never answered

Is here anyone working any longer at your accounts departments

I have been calling 8 different number including 2711-999-5100 & Call Centre 0860 543 000.

I don't get my monthly statements anymore I called 2 months ago to complain about this & nothing is done.

If you employ staff that does not perform basic requirements like answering calls how do you expect your clients to maintain their accounts.

You should have a survey done for customer satisfaction regarding your calls especially. Its an abomination to say the less
