Wrongfully accused

Since 2010 I have been harassed numerous times via SMS or phone calls regarding an account for residential rates that are in arrears that is not registered under my name and have no affiliation with me. The address in question is Loerie Street 894, Silverton, Pretoria (ACCOUNT NR. 5005572743). Although I have explained telephonically that this particular address has nothing to do with me, and have sent faxes and letters confirming this, I have still received demands for payments outstanding sometimes even at 11pm at night.

I believe this is utterly unprofessional seeing as no attention or changes are made even with all the information I have offered to assist in their investigations.

Please be so kind as to follow up on this issue. At least find the right person responsible for the said account.
