I have been batling with the Boksburg Licensing Department for a few weeks now, I am a South African Citizen but have been away in Portugal for a couple of years, now that I have returned I applied for a conversion of my drivers license, I went through so much to get together all documentations needed and Mr Stanley is no where to be reached, phone calls are put on hold and hung up and when I do ask for him they say no such person works in the department, Please I really need someone to assist with is, situations like this makes everyone want to leave south africa. Why is there contact details for a department that will not be answering phones in the first place? I have been taking leave days to sort this situation out and still I have gotten no where. What needs to be done?
