City of Tshwane Municipality
Dust bin not deliverd

I orderd a dust bin on the 21 of june and i was communication with a lady called magdalina through emails and even today i have not recieve anything and i have been calling them and they said i was not on their system, today when i called they told me they dont have stock, how can the hole city not have dust bins?
