Incorrect Billing

The Emalahleni municipality have been over billing me on my Electricity account (3078248) for the past 8 months, they don`t come and check the meter readings on my meter box and I have submitted the correct readings to them but they refuse to take them and said they will send someone to come and verify, No one has come to verify I always call and go to their offices they keep promising but it does not happen and the excuse is that the person responsible is always busy. I have paid them a lot of money already for their mistake and being irresponsible I`m tired now i cant do it anymore.
