SASSA not answering calls and bad service

I am trying to contact SASSA to get a grant sorted out and went to Eerste River and was told to go to Kraaifontein on Tuesday. Kraafontein was closed on Tuesday and someone there told me to come back on Monday. This needs to be sorted out this month. Monday is too late. Been trying for 3 days to contact someone on the phone for advice and it either just rings or tells me the mailbox is full. I do not know what to do now. Just advise please
