The City of Joburg offices service is so PATHETIC!!
There is always long queues in the mornings, when you get inside employees are not on their work stations to help customers,
We take time off work to go sort out our municipal issues, but some end up going back home or work without being helped,
On 14 May 2013 my new property was registered in my name, ID:7502145458087, (W111 Ormonde View Estate, Ormonde, Nasrec Rd, Johannesburg), on 02 July I went to open my Municipal acc, I set there the whole day, when I got to the helper, he checked and told me my property wasn't appearing on their registry, so he advised me to wait another month, and either Call 0860562874 or email [Email Removed] to first check if they saw my property under my name on their property register, these number 0860562874 or email [Email Removed] are never answered,
Now I want to know do the employees really know what they are doing, how to help their customers, or they only know coming in late, take long tea breaks and lunch hours and leave early for home every afternoon?
I need someone to attend to my emails, their 086 number & email must be answered and customers must be helped!
