My wallet and license was so I went to Gallows Hill traffic department on 13 July 2013 to order a new one and get a temp. I am in the process of buying a new car, and the finance company NEED a valid license card due to the amount of going on, which I completely understand. I called the department last week and they informed me that the card was there and it was in boxes that were being unpacked. The card would be ready for collection next week. So, today, which is 'next week' I called them and they said the exact same thing to me. I told Fouzia that this is what I was told last week, what is to say that next week the exact same thing won't happen. It could go on like this for the next 10 years. I don't know how it is possible for something like this to take so long. In Robertson, the card is issued to you there and then, the day that you apply. There is NO understanding, customer care or sense of urgency with these people. I am shocked at the incompetence and unprofessional-ism.
