Hi all,

It seems that we may have an issue here, cause after i sent this email i also called again to city power and again the lady that i spoke to advised that yes indeed we are paying electricity bill that is in arrears.
So two people confirmed the same thing, however, when the owner of the flat calls in they tell her a diff story so its like now im making this up, please could someone kindly email me and advise according to the bill i have sent and the meter readings.

You urgent response in this matter will be highly appreciated as this needs to be sorted once and for all.
