Contaminated wate

I'm concerned about the water that the people of Kroonstad are drinking, I mean the water is contaminated and it sometimes have a funny smell when opening a tap, people at Kroonstad are becoming sick due to this contaminated tap water and there is nothing that Is being done about that as a results I feel that the needs of the people are not being met, please help as the situation gets worse by the day
