Poor service at traffic dept

Need to comment on the poor service given at the counters. They all seem to go on lunch at the same time, simply disappearing all at once leaving clients waiting for over a period of 30mnts. No numbers are displayed on the screen provided, they shout the number behind thick glass counters. In general they are abrupt and have a... couldn't care less attitude. its UNACCEPTABLE, they are public servants payed by OUR TAX MONEY! The place is kept dirty and the waiting periods are ridiculous!
