Bad services

I phoned the fire department at 11:41 today. Couldn't hear a thing they lady said to me on the phone. Requested fire truck to my parents house. They live on a small holding with animals and the one field started burning. My dad made a fire break, but somebody must have light it. I phoned again as the property has 2 entrances, to direct them to the right entrance. Lady said at 11:51 they on their way already. I phoned my mom to find out if the guys arrived, and by 12:20 I phoned to cancel the call. The the lady I spoke to put the phone down in my ear. Very Bad service. As they live 15 minutes away from the Florida fire station. I think this is unacceptable. Majority of the fields burned down and my mom had to fight the fire herself until my dad arrived. PATHETIC!!
