If you want to experience BAD and unorganised service try the TBS (tswhane bus service) EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS AT BOTTOM
The Worst EVER. I live in Valhalla and rely on the bus in the morning and afternoon. As per their "pdf" information on the internet there is a bus regularly from 05:55 to 18:00 form and to the City. (Valhalla - City and back)
I have this problem 2 weeks now that either the bus doesn't run or the trip is cancelled by Mr CORRIE DE LANGE who is suppose to be the operations manager. But in my feeling this man is a flat tyre at TBS. (Useless)
I spoke to BONGANI, that seemed like a nice person with a solution to the problem of the Valhalla bus. I think I was wrong.
Yesterday the bus ran from City to Valhalla 15:55. Today no bus AGAIN. bonganimn@tshwa-ne.gov.za is his email and the number to his office is 012-358 0230 DORRIS is his secretary but most of today (19/06/2013) that number just rings and no answer. E-mails are being ignored.
I would like advice where I can complain and take this matter further.

CORRIE DE LANGE says that he gets his salary and he does not care?!?
