Pathetic Service Never Willing To Help

My wife as been at this office 3 times with regards to getting her UIF for maternity leave every dam time we go there, we ar missing something or something is wrong with her documents. They could of told us the 1st time this... this and this is wrong and what needs to be corrected but because they are so incompetent they can't do that, so anyway we go there today at 3:30 (and they close at 4:00) with all our documents as requested they opened but they can't help cause the lady that deals with this is gone home... so you telling me they only have one person dealing with this issue which is hard to understand but if so you'll need more stuff and need to jack up you'll service cause you'll getting paid not to sit around and do nothing but to help us when needed no matter even if its 1min before you'll close, if not then close your DAM DOORS...
