GAUTRAIN NOT ACCEPTING AMEX, I logged a complaint and the reply:

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. Kindly note that American Express software is incompatible with our ticket vending machines and therefore we cannot do business with them.

Really this is pathetic, can they not do something about this?
